Return and Cancellation Policy

At Foránea, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, detail, and purpose. We create artisan treasures meant to resonate with your story — to be worn, cherished, and carried with you through every season of life. However, if you feel that the piece isn’t quite right for you, here’s how you can return it.

Return Period

You have 14 calendar days to request a return, starting from the date you receive the last item of your order, if your order is delivered in multiple shipments.

If the last day of the return period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline will automatically be extended to the next business day.

Conditions for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the item:

Is in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Includes all original tags and packaging.
Is not a customized or final sale item (unless the item is defective or otherwise required by applicable law).

Each item is created with intention, and we kindly ask that you treat it with the same respect when returning it.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@foranea.com with the following information:

Your order number
Reason for the return
Photos, if the item is damaged or defective

We'll get back to you within 2 business days with the return instructions and next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns within Spain are free of charge. Once your return request has been approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label.

For orders outside of Spain, return shipping costs and responsibility lie with the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
We’ll notify you via email once the refund has been issued.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size, color, or style, please return the item and place a new order.

Order Cancellation (European Union)

Customers may cancel their order free of charge until its status changes to "Preparing for Shipment."

Once an order has entered the preparation process, it can no longer be cancelled. After receiving the order, customers may exercise their statutory Right of Withdrawal in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
