Returns & Refunds – Foránea

At Foránea, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, detail, and purpose. We create artisan treasures meant to resonate with your story — to be worn, cherished, and carried with you through every season of life. However, if you feel that the piece isn’t quite right for you, here’s how you can return it.

Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Conditions for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the item:

• Is in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Includes all original tags and packaging.
• Is not a customized or final sale item (these are non-returnable unless defective).

Each item is created with intention, and we kindly ask that you treat it with the same respect when returning it.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@foranea.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• Reason for the return
• Photos, if the item is damaged or defective

We’ll get back to you within 2 business days with the return instructions and next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

• Returns within Spain are free of charge. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
• For orders outside of Spain, return shipping costs and responsibility lie with the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
• We’ll notify you via email once the refund has been issued.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
