We ship throughout Europe, UK and U.S.
Processing times
All our products are carefully made with artisanal details. For this reason, processing times may vary between 2-3 business days before shipping.
For custom or made-to-order items, processing times may be longer. We will notify you by email if there are any delays.
Shipping times
- Express domestic shipping (Spain): 24-72 hours.
- Express Europe Shipping: 24-72 hours (depending on the destination country and customs processing).
- Standard Europe Shipping: 4-7 business days (depending on the destination country and customs processing).
- Express U.S. Shipping: 4-7 business days (depending on the destination and customs processing).
- Express UK Shipping: 24-72 hours
- Standard UK Shipping: 4-7 business days.
Spain and Portugal Shipping costs
Free Shipping within Iberian Peninsula (except Canary Islands) on orders over 100€.
- Express Shipping - Spain Peninsula, Baleares Islands and Portugal: 6€ (VAT included)
- Standard Shipping- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 40€ (VAT included)

Europe Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping within European countries on orders over 200€.

United States Shipping Costs
Free Express Shipping within United States on orders over 300$.
- Express Shipping costs: $60
United Kingdom Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping within UK on orders over 200€.
- Standard Shipping: 18€.
- Express Shipping: 35€.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment at any time. If you want, you can also track your order using your Foránea Profile and introducing the tracking number or order number.
Delivery responsibility
Foránea is not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Unclaimed or refused packages.
- Delays caused by the postal service or customs authorities.
If a package is returned due to address issues or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for covering the reshipping costs.
International customs & taxes
Within the EU: All applicable import taxes and duties are already included in the final purchase price—no additional charges will apply upon delivery.
Outside the EU: Product prices DO NOT include taxes, customs duties, or local sales fees. These charges, if applicable, must be paid by the customer once the order reaches its destination country.
If a customer chooses not to pay the taxes or duties required by their country’s customs authorities, we will accept the return of the package to our warehouse. However, all return shipping costs and any import fees charged by Spanish customs to receive the goods back will be the customer's responsibility.
Once the returned items arrive and are inspected, we will process a refund minus any fees associated with the re-importation of the goods to Spain.
